Delivery terms
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide using the following shipping methods:
- UPS / DHL / EMS / FedEx — estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
- Air Special Line — shipped via private Chinese airline logistics channels, estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days
- Sea Freight Special Line — estimated delivery time: 25–60 days, depending on the destination country and local logistics providers
- Rail Freight Special Line — estimated delivery time: 20–30 days, available for the European Union and the United Kingdom only
DDP Service (Delivery Duty Paid)
For selected countries, including the United States, United Arab Emirates, and other eligible destinations, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping.
Under DDP service, all import duties, VAT, and customs charges are included in the shipping cost. Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes or duties upon delivery.
Order Processing
- In-stock products are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made products, including forged wheels and carbon fiber parts, require approximately 20–35 business days for production before shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment status at any time.
Important Notice
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of F-Tech Motors.
For destinations where DDP service is not available, all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
