At F-Tech Motors, all carbon fiber products are manufactured using advanced prepreg carbon fiber technology and cured in an autoclave under 21-bar pressure, ensuring exceptional strength, durability, and finish quality.
We proudly offer a 5-Year Warranty on all carbon fiber parts against:
- Yellowing
- Cracking
- Warping
- Shrinkage
- Manufacturing defects
This warranty reflects our commitment to delivering premium-quality carbon fiber products that meet the highest industry standards.
Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a refund or replacement.
Please Note:
- Refunds or replacements can only be processed after the item has been delivered and received by the customer.
- We do not accept cancellation, refund, or replacement requests while an order is in production or in transit.
- If an item arrives damaged during shipping or has a fitment issue caused by a manufacturing defect, customers may request a replacement or refund. Supporting photos or videos may be required for verification.
- If you wish to return an item because you no longer want it, ordered the wrong item, or for any reason unrelated to product quality or fitment, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
- Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
